We have two City Bus Routes, #17 and #53/54, which are Student Fare Free.  Cedars West enjoys easy access to the following schools, Riley Elementary, BelleVue Middle, Godby High, FSU, FAMU and especially TCC.  We are with-in walking distance of TCC and welcome TCC students with open arms.  We are conviently located close to Harveys, Winn Dixie, Wal-Mart, Lowe's, Home Depot and Publix.  You can satisfy your hunger at the KFC, Zaxsby, Sonic, Steak n Shake and a neighborhood Applebee's.

Cedars West features a swimming pool, picnic area, a laundry room, 24-hour emergency maintenance, on Site Management and well lighted parking areas.  Our apartments feature large rooms with PTAC or wall unit heating and air conditioning.  Each room has a ceiling fan and the kitchen comes equipped with a stove and refrigerator.  Along with all of these great features, Cedars West pays for your water, sewage, basic cable service and your monthly Pest control service.  We are sorry but Cedars West does not allow cats, dogs or any other furry animals.

Cedars West offers a choice of 9 or 12 month leases.  The 9 month lease is $10.00 amonth extra.  At the end of your first lease term you have the option of renewing for any length you wish.  As thank you for your renewal we will be pleased to have your carpets cleaned.

Fees are: 1br/1ba apartment are $475.00, Security Deposit is $300.00.  2br/1ba apartment is $550.00, Security Deposit is $300.00.  We charge a $25.00 Application Fee.

The 1br is 600 sq. ft with a large walk-in closet and the 2br is 900 sq. ft.
